📌 Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.
This applies if you wish to exchange your item for a different product or if you received a defective item.

💵 Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and the item is received at our facility:

• Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

❌ Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some food-contact baking tools may not be returnable once opened (e.g., piping tips, molds, baking cups).
